You'll notice that I've stopped numbering the drawings. Just not feeling it anymore. There's no need to pressure myself to update everyday if I'm not able to. Still, thanks for checking out the blog, and I'll continue to post as often as possible.
In this preview panel from the Arcadia Anthology #6, Sovereign confronts a bank robber in a dark alley (and that's Ominus in the background tagging along).
The only completed drawings I've done in the last two days have been recreations, so to keep things new I'm posting some Works In Progress, something I haven't done in quite a while. This is the bottom segment of a taller Xena Gladiatrix commission. Her sword will be composited later. Thankfully this is a commission for a high resolution scan only.
For those who've been following the blog, I'm sure you noticed that I haven't updated in a few days. That's because my son, Nathan, was hospitalized with what we thought was Menningitis, but turned out to be a viral infection that ran its course. We're thankful for his speedy recovery. We're back home now, and things are on their way to getting back to normal.
I finished this commission last month, but I never got around to posting it to the blog. Yep, that's Xena under there. In a companion piece I'm working on she has the mask off. Stay tuned for that later in the month.
I colored this digitally, with my primordial coloring software. It's not perfect, but it's my best attempt to date.
