Genetically engineered by the diabolital Dr. Genome, Trogg is an enhanced clone of a neanderthal. His strength is more than twenty times (perhaps greater) that of his genetic progentior. His intelligence, however, is somewhat limited.
Dr. Genome controls Trogg through implants he has placed in the creature’s brain.
